Meanwhile his sister, Sophie, and best friend, Al, deal with the fallout of the events of series two.Back in 2018, a promising little show named Stath Lets Flats arrived on screens and audiences were more than happy to give it a whirl, considering Robert Popper – writer of Friday Night Dinner – co-wrote the series. The third series follows incompetent letting agent Stath as he is faced with rescuing the family business, Michael & Eagle, and his relationship with Katia, while expecting his first child by Carole. Over the series, Stath looks to move on from his dreams of being manager, find his own home and start a family while his sister Sophie struggles to move on from her crush on shy co-worker Al. Series two finds Stath struggling with brash new boss Julian, - his old enemy from rivals Smethwicks - and the smart new clients he attracts. While Stath strives to outdo Michael & Eagle’s top agent Carole, the company struggles against the threat of ‘Smethwicks’ – the slick estate agents chain that have moved on to their patch. Stath’s hapless sister Sophie, played by Natasia Demetriou, isn’t interested in letting flats – she dreams of being a professional dancer, but holds a candle for the family’s favourite employee, nervous negotiator Al. Set in North London, STATH LETS FLATS follows Stath’s painfully funny attempts to prove himself to his father, and take over as manager, despite being rubbish at his job. ![]() Jamie Demetriou (Fleabag, Paddington 2) is STATH – an incompetent Greek -Cypriot lettings agent, working in the family business, Michael & Eagle Lettings. ![]()
